It´s not a bazooka, get that straight. It´s a recoiless gun, and those are to be used mounted on fixed emplacements or in light vehicles. The reason those are called "recoiless", is because they do not have a recoil dampening mechanism like most artillery pieces, so the barrel doesn´t retract to absorb the recoil. It still packs a lot of kick, and only an idiot would shoulder fire one.
