400,000 dollars to fire the weapon for 12 seconds

12 x 5 = 60 seconds/minutes

60 x 400,000 = 24,000,000 Dollars

An Average match is about 8 minutes so

24,000,000 x 8 = 192,000,000 Millions Dollars
for each match.
