Deep- fried slice bananas ,Gluay Kaek

Ingredients

10-12 unripe bananas
110 gr rice flour
50 gr cake flour
70 gr shredded coconut
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
20 gr roasted white sesame
80 gr palm sugar
1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt
120-140 gr limewater
(the color of banana should be yellow mix with little green)

Method

mix all ingredients together except bananas until thick
peel banana and cut in 3 piece ,dip into batter and coat thoroughly
deep fry banana untill turn to golden brown with medium heat
serve when still hot better delicous

  • @chanaxify limewater call as scientific name is calcium hydroxide used for make fried bananas crispy
