  • aren't you doing those reps a bit too fast? With resistance bands I've noticed the efficacy is better the slower you go----otherwise It's just the momentum of the pull back of the band doing the work........??????????!!!

  • hey Blake im John-David 20 years old and from Germany i playing american football and i do bodylastics before two weeks ago..

    and im glad that u do the training

    i do bodylastics with Billy Bands of tae boo and with a Crosstrainer to hold the bands..

    i have a question is it good for me to do the bodylastics more than 40 minutes?

    because today i done 4 bodylastics exericses so is it bad or good `for me?^^
