Looks like a cool tool, would like to know where to get one. I recommend adding a link or other purchasing info into your video description so people can buy one from you. I came to your video not from you site but from youtube while searching piano tuning so I have no other reference.
Prior to use that comfortable tool, it may be important to check wich rollers are not well aligned, as it happens often that they are. I usually put a ruler on the jacks top and when i notice a hop, I look at the roller to see if the 2 parts are matching. Sometime there is no other choice.
