@majad1968 actually what i'm referring to (which perhaps I described poorly) is @1:00 they show a model of DNA in the chromosome which is a left handed model of DNA. So actually, what I should have said is that it is a mirror image of actual DNA which is always right handed. Lots of textbook covers do this incorrectly as well, and it is quite irksome

What do you mean the DNA is backward? I take it you are referring to the sequence showing transcription of mRNA from the single stranded DNA template by RNA polymerase? Do you think the DNA should be feeding in through the polymerase in the opposite direction? If so, I think you might be right...
