  • I have used sulfate free shampoos for a little over a year now. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been. It feels amazing, soft, and less breakage. I refuse to go back to regular. I TELL everyone to use it and they all love it. It the loreal everpure. It is cheap and works wonders!! I swear buy it!

  • If you could put a reference or 2 from a reputable source, I'd love to read about it. As it is, I don't think that I have any impartial evidence on the web (sales hype, etc) from one side or the other....thanks! I also believe in research.

  • @OxStephLynn54 This isn't personal, I just want to share with everyone reading your comment that L'Oreal practices cruel and unnecessary animal testing. There are certain tests that are necessary, I realize that, and many companies use all alternative tests available before turning to animals. L'Oreal does not, all for the sake of beauty and vanity. If I can deter just one person from this product, it's worth it. Please have a heart and do not buy from L'Oreal. Thanks.

  • when i use normal shampoo, my hair is heavy, weighed down and my hairdresser tries so hard to figure out what the hell im doing to it to make it so unhealthy. i dont use products or heat, regular shampoo and conditioners just didnt work for it.

then i switched to silicone and sulfate free products and my hair is amazing, its light, it has amazing volume and waves, less breakage, more shine.

all i know is that pantene aqualight is the most amazing thing to happen to me ever.

  • The moral of this video is to save money and only use hot water to wash your hair.

  • I mean, how much product do you use? Do you REALLY need a shampoo with sulfate to ''break it down''. Jesus woman!

  • Uhh, I don't recall ''sulfate free'' shampoos to be a bandwagon as I can only find sulfate free natural products, like Organix or Burts bee's or I can only find sulfate free in salons, it's actually really hard. I'd rather buy something more natural, as it is more healthier for your hair, than buy shampoo with sulfate. I've been using sulfate free shampoo and my hair has grown so much faster and it feels softer and healthier. It's a bloody miracle!

  • I am allergic to sulfate and so I dont play with it. Im all over sulfate paraben free..

  • Just because your hair doesn't react to sulphate as much as another persons hair might, you think its a hype. its a personal thing and it really depends on the hair type, for me personally sulphate free shampoo's been amazing, the condition of my hair is so much better its softer, thicker and I have less split ends. plus those chemicals are not just detrimental to the condition of your hair..

  • @k4t5 would you like some cheese with that whine?

  • @levikiddd shut up you freak

  • @sasolunga stop bullying her you disgusting excuse for a human

  • Like if you felt like you felt like this girl was talking in... slow... motion.... I could've said all if that in like half the time.

  • All you people needs to shut up talking about I wont use sulfate shampoos ur not naturally organic people if you drink cokes and prosing and other nasty ass crap and I fried food and using lotions and make up ya butt can't put down what the girl is saying none of ya are living 100% natural ya all hypocrites if you're. Not going to use sulfate shampoos then stop living cause that's what ya gonna have to do stop using sulfate soaps toothpaste lotions perfumes stop drinking colas

  • This girl needs to shut up.. I mean to each their own.. But sulfate free is allot better for you then shampoos that are stripping your hair.. Even my stylist recommends sulfate free.. So stfu...

  • This is totally wrong Sulfate Free shampoo is so much better than regular shampoo and will make your hair cleaner more gently than with Shampoos containing SLS.

  • I tried a del lorenzo suphate free shampoo and it did not lather and I was disapointed but Iam now using schwartzcopf colour save sulphate free shampoo...it's the basin size and Iam now half way through...very happy with it, it lathers and my hair is clean without stripping my natural oils so thats pretty awesome

  • By the way, it is proven that over time SLS products can cause cancer. Now adays the chance of getting cancer is 1 out of 3. With that being said I would really ask my self am I going to put myself at a higher risk for cancer just for a product that will produce bubbles?

  • I haven't used shampoos with sulfates for almost a year and my hair has more body, has grown longer and has less split ends. Unless your using products with serums/oils, you dont need a strong shampoo and even "rinsing your hair with hot water" would be too harsh for the hair. Sodium Laureth Sulfate is only used because it has a foaming effect & is a cheap [detergent]. It is the same thing used to clean garage floors. No matter how dirty the hair is, we would never need something that strong.

  • @ShimmerKisse I agree and i have been having problems with skin irritation and i started looking at the ingredients of my shampoos and body wash & i had know for 1-2 year that i needed a toothpaste that was sls free as i was getting sores in my mouth after brushing

  • I'm also a hairdresser and this is bullshit she doesn't have a clue.

  • nice cat.

  • where are the links???

  • I agree I'm AA and I use a lot of products in my hair so when I want all that gel n crap out...I don't mind sulfate shampoos I just use a really good conditioner after words.n I've noticed a lot of ppl spending a lot of money on these shampoos that doesn't clean the hair.but ha..e.w nice video....

  • thats not true i have super oily hair and i use aveda pure abundance shampoo aviously sulfate free and aveeno volumize shampoo(sulfate-free) and they clean so well they take out all my hairspray and serums, and my hair is so fresh and clean when i get out of the shower dont mislead people like that! sls gives people illneses would u want that?

  • @gealach7788 I am allergic to sulphates too!

I have tried 2 or 3 completely organic shampoos that have all lathered well and left my hair nice and shiny. Dr Organic, which is a Holland & Barret-only brand is a great option (especially the olive oil shampoo), my FAVORITE so far though is a brand called EVOLVE; it is apple-based and can be used on your hair and body, the ingredients in this product are completely organic so you don't have to worry about ANY chemicals at all!! I hope this helps :)
