Vodka Collins, Feet (All around the world), Pink Soup

The Japanese band Vodka Collins do a song from their 1990s reunion album Pink Soup, titled "Feet." This is a group made up of former group sounds members of The Golden Cups, The Spiders, The Tempters and The Lead. At the club Sweet Basil in Tokyo.

The song pays homage to the
strippers of Tokyo's Roppongi
and beyond, beaches, parachutes,
wanderlust, and singer Alan Merrill's
black suede boots.

"You put you feet

Right! Alan Merrill was the lead singer of Arrows and also Vodka Collins. He spent time in the band Meat Loaf, and Derringer as well. Now he makes lots of solo albums.

Alan Merrill was also with Godzilla and Yellow Gypsy 1971 and they did two albums (instrumental) for King Records. He makes many solo albums now, a rock singer songwriter. The Spiders mastermind Monsieur Kamayatsu has his group San Filtre and also does solo albums. Mabo Kabe has his band ZZK and does instrumental solo albums.
