it´ll be a waste of money because 32 bit vista does not recognize full 4 gb, I had 2 gb on my desktop and when I put another 2 gb I got 3.25 gb, on the other hand 64 bit vista does recognize 4 gb or whatever your ram is, my new laptop has 8 gb running it, cheers
