Really nice! She must have a great ear, her tone and her intonation are wonderful for her age! She obviously "gets" the music and it shows in her rhythm and expression. I would like to see her bow hold improve, as she plays more and more advance pieces she will find her bow hand limiting. It's super encouraging to me to watch this video and know the team work going on with the teacher, child and parent is firing on all cylinders! Kudos to your team!

Another 'Russian bow hold'?
Oh please... Please do not label this bow hold as Russian...It has nothing to do with the Russian school of teaching and playing. I am a Russian violinist, please change her habit, she will never progress as much as she could with this stiffness. Her left hand is rather flat as well, needs straightening up to a more vertical position, her fingers will never be fast enough. Her abilities are nicely developed otherwise...
