I found Out in the instructions that you hold the function button for 3 secs and it will turn off

@brysowg yes it is i got it up to 3150 rpm! i hooked up a 48tooth gear to a 8 tooth gear with a power drill and it melted the axle...LOL

Do you know how to reset the computer I've tried replacing the battery and when i put an axle on it and turn it slowly it registers 500 rpm
