HA HA they haven't made a keyboard with f13 ,F14 since the days of 286's ! Can you help me install vista ,cause I wish to be raped by bill gates over and over because using ,installing feels like it ! oh he will bill gates will steal my money then rape me personally oh isn't that great !!

Firstly, not all Americans are retarded. Only the ones that call tech support over and over again instead of fixing it themselves.
I mean seriously, if you run into a problem, you should be able fix it yourself. Customer support is just that: "support". It's not your mommy there to wipe your butt. Use Google! I've solved more than 90 percent of my problems with it in less than an hour with it. Tech support would never be able to do that!
