Amazing, Paul tells us we shall not gather unto Christ until AFTER the falling away, the"apostasia" defection from truth and the Son of Perdition(2 Thes 2:3) is revealed and stands in the holy place, nor do we "transform-change" until the 7th Trump (I Cor 15:52)--when Jesus Christ returns,(Rev.11:15-19 and Rev 20:4-6) yet scholars still want to change it to a pre-rapture doctrine. Jesus himself tells us we shall not see His coming until AFTER satan's tribulation. Matt 24, Mark 13, Luke 21

If you compare 1 Thess 4:16-17, with 2 Thess 2:5-7. Paul was preaching a pre-trib rapture.

As well, in Matt 24 Jesus was asked 3 questions, and and answered 3 questions, until you understand that you can't understand Matt 24. I don't always agree with Dr. Missler, but you've got to love his scholarship...

Can you please send me the verse that says we are raptured before the tribulation period? Also, can you send me the verses that say Jesus comes back in 2 stages? I would recommend you read the whole chapter of Mathew 24, it is a chapter fully dedicated to the coming of the Lord. Also, remember, these are Jesus closest disciples asking him the question of his return.

"When the Chief Shepherd APPEARS, you will receive a CROWN of Glory..." 1Peter 5:4 The 24 elders in Rev 4:1-5 HAVE their Crowns. Those who receive Crowns get theirs when they did. 12 of those 24 elders are the Apostles. Matthew 19:28 Christ brings NO Rewards at His 2nd Coming - He KILLS His Enemies!!!

The reality is there is not one verse that supports pre-trib rapture. There are verses that support a rapture, but there are post trib verses (Mat 24:31, Mark 13:27, Luke 21:25, 1 Corith 15:52. Also, there are no verses that support a 2 stage 2nd coming of Christ. Lastly, it seems Mr. Missler is basing his pre-trib position off a Jewish wedding tradition, which is nothing more than a tradition, not biblical.

Dr. Missler somehow manages to explain complicated observations and phenomenon in physics in a very simple way. I believe this man is being used by the Holy Spirit to reach those of us who have hardened our hearts and only want to accept secular conjectures and speculations about the nature of the world around us which have proven to be fallible as history records. Scientific findings will only continually reaffirm God’s Word as truth and confound the 'wise'. Let he who has an ear hear...

So he went to uni and got a couple of non physics related degrees, got a job in the air force, started a business learned to fly a plane and got married.

... and I learned to fly an helicopter, have degrees in computer science and fine arts, have worked in management positions and have my own business.

So what does that mean?

It means precisely nothing.

I still contend that Chuck Missler knows bugger all about physics.
