CO-RIDE open innovation

This concept was made possible thanks to Kars's input on TAT's open innovation site www.tat.se/openinnovation. This experiment will be open until June 18th 2010. The concept aims to increase people-per-car density with a hitchhiker service, using recommendations to make it safer.

This is a pretty cool concept. But probably better between friends. Or maybe as a taxi service app. That would be amazing. U would know if a taxi has accepted ur request, and how far away it was. And whether they are a good driver. In that sense this has a lot of potential. Worth selling the app to a taxi service.

@mprender true that.. but i'm estimating that it's almost as complex as changing tracks on the music player.. or a worse example.. making short texts while driving.. hence i think it would be great in dense traffic areas.. and people can completely ignore it on larger roads..
