'A TIGER. . .IN AFRICA?' (monty python meaning of life)

In the first Bomba movie, he ran around in a loincloth looking very Tarzan-like but didn't swing though the trees. In all other Bomba movies, he did. I have no idea why they took a character who lived in South America in the books and then set him in Africa for the movies. Anyone have any intel. on this?

@RichGaramore In my opinion, Johnny Sheffield is and will be Tarzan's son: BOY, PRINCE OF THE JUNGLE.
I enjoyed that classic movies when I was a child and tv reprises them in my country (1990-1991), For me, Weissmuller, Maurenn O'Sullivan and Johnny are the percer performers of these unforgettable characters.

@RichGaramore In my opinion, Johnny Sheffield is The Prince of the Jungle, for ever. Nobody as he played the role of "Boy".
