  • Veggie Power! Screw meat!

  • Your attack on Robert Cheek is weak. That guy is not a power lifter, he's a body builder. He could easily bench press over 200 pounds. I bench pressed 190 pounds when I was 140 pounds and 6 feet tall and skinny as a kid. Saying he can only bench 110 pounds is an insult. I agree that Rob Cheeke is not massive in size, but he's also not maybe taking steroids like almost all body builders. I almost thought at one time that most body builders didn't take steroids. I learned the opposite.

  • There are lots of bigger and stronger vegan bodybuilders (including Dargatz), but Cheeke has been active in promoting veganism. I think Bigwood himself is bigger than Cheeke. What the link I posted to JeanLouie1106 shows is the difference between the before (would take off in a strong wind) and after Cheeke physiques.

  • Bloody hell that Robert Cheeke fag? ugh, the shining knight of vegan bodybuilding, that also happens to be smaller and weaker than natural gym rats.

  • Yes, I have a link, but I'm unable to post it here, YouTube is not allowing it (?). It's under 500 characters. I'll try and pmail it to you.

  • No, I put "15 year old R C" into youtube search and nothing relatable comes up, you got a link

  • Have you seen pictures of the 15 year old R C?

  • Carl Lewis became vegan late in his career, and tested positive for stimulants,Tony Gonzales still eats meat but avoids red meat as for Jim Morris,he says that he eliminated parts of his diet to what is is today,so chances are when he was competing he was a meat eater.Endurance events require close to no physical strength from muscle fibers, only stamina from a more efficient aerobic system, prob light as fuck too. You're on 120 from meat, you went vegan andyou haven'tgot stronger.Yourownadmission.

  • Carl Lewis , Tony Gonzales for the Cheifs , Jim Morris the bodybuilder were all vegans . Many marathon runners and triathelete champions are vegans . I'm 6 ft 182 pounds and incline press 120 pound dumbells for 3 sets of 8 reps . I'm no athlete , but pretty strong compared to most people and eat a vegetarian diet . When I became a vegetarian my strength stayed the same , but my stamina increased . I also realised what garbage whey protein is .

  • 1) I didn't say "he can only bench 110 pounds" I said he "has hard time with pressin 110lbs", and promoting all vegan muscle building for over a decade, that's all he has to show for it, not impressive at all, I don't mind his reasons, but when it comes to performance and size, he hasn't got an argument. 2) natural normal diet body builders are way bigger than him, without steroids, heck, even natural gym rats are.

  • Lierre Keith claims that anyone should be half dead on a vegetarian diet. But then again she's an idiot meat eater and a hater.
