A Belmont teenager, who officials believe is an 18-year-old BHS student, was hit by the train just before 1 p.m. on Nov. 5. MBTA Transit Police and the Middlesex District Attorney's office are investigating. Officials have not yet released the name of the victim.

Over the course of their relationship, the informant said he provided more than $30,000 worth of stolen electronics to O'leary, who then resold them at reduced prices, and gift cards and other items of value.
FBI agents provided the informant with four supposedly stolen plasma-screen televisions to give to to sell.
They also used the informant to record conversations with Richard J. McLaughlin, Chief of Police
