Good points! But i have to say i am dark skin and my best friend who i've known for 20 yrs is very light. The whole complexion thing never really bothered me. I feel like the "black community" as a whole has to work on this issue.. Its sad and its a little embarassing..

Its cause the white man since back in the day made blacks think this way. The light skinned blacks were house servants and the dark skinned blacks where in the fields. Light bright and damn near white! White ppl have destroyed our black community since the beginning of time. And we may be free but us as black are still slaves because our minds are not free!
