You can install any mod just like you would on Windows... put it in the Addons folder.

How did you get the cosmos on your mac? I really want some for wow, but have been unsuccessful. If anyone could help me out that would be cool.

I'd really appreciate it. Not that gaming is the primary function of the Mac I'm getting, but it'd be nice to be able to play some games.
