On 25 February 2009, many of the brightest and bravest officers of Bangladesh Army and their family members were taken as hostages and then murdered by their subordinates in the paramilitary border guards BDR. At the end of 36-hour-long siege, body count was 60 and 70-80 missing. While many of the so called mutineers were arrested, the real culprits behind the killings are still out there. We still don't know who they were and what their real motive was.
