This is a collection of all the Sega Dreamcast development hardware and software that I own. Special thanks to Raymond for like half of this.

  • Awesome!

  • I would have liked it if the dreamcast was backwards compatible the saturn too

  • @flarn2006 I talked about that in the devkit videos. The short answer is I bought one on Ebay and got the other for the cost of shipping (essentially free).

I doubt it'd fit in a printer port, but you might be right.

No that glitch couldn't work. I know there is one that screws with the sound while its on, but thats because the nature of the code is to screw with time. And that game uses time to initiate certain sound effects. But if you stop using Gameshark it wouldn't do anything.

  • @AdamKoralik Where do you get all these devkits, and how much are they? I can't find them on Ebay. And that cable you mentioned at the end as having a very specific use—that looks like a standard parallel printer cable. Would the other end fit into a computer's parallel port? Also, one more thing: I read in the Sonic Adventure 2 glitches guide that there was a Gameshark code that permanently damaged the sound in the game—is there any way that could be true? I'm afraid to try it.

  • @flarn2006 I do what I can. :P

  • @AdamKoralik Wow, that was a fast response. :-)

  • @flarn2006 Agreed.

  • It's a shame the GD-ROM writer has pretty much no practical use considering the blank discs are so rare. Burning something to one would be a waste.
