First selected improvisation for YouTube consumption.
I've improvised a lot during practice and some are good and some are crap but i haven't recorded my improvisations on video until now.
Mr Derren Brown entered my mind these couple of days and so I based the theme around him. I have composed a long piece about him but that composition shall never see the light of day as it is rather rubbish! Somehow, improvisations in my head sound more wonderful and I have trouble memorising them and putting them into actual music. Also, I improvise better when I have no distractions, such as knowing I'm being recorded, etc. If I had a camcorder, it will be less fussy than fiddling with the computer webcam, etc.
NB: I'm a bit rusty as I haven't been playing my qin for nearly a week.
你应该弹那首叫神化引的曲子。
你正如广东话那句神神化化形容的,呵呵

Great stuff. I'm always surprised that there aren't that many original qin pieces--people just focus on perfecting the traditional repertoire. But I suppose that's the nature of the instrument, isn't it?
