The line that I dont get in Moonraker is at the end of the film when dr goodhead says take me round the world one more time. I dont understand why that line is suggestive. Does anybody know?

There's two jokes going on.
One is the name of the female "Dr Goodhead" - It shouldn't be funny, but those that do are very immature males.
The other is the fact Bond is surprised that this astrophysicist is a female - as he's extremely sexist. Strange - considering XXX in the previous film (Barbara Bach) was his equal.
