wow iam once a week since last summer
i had group lessons for 2 1/2 years before that and now i am working on my freestyle 4 programs

your spins are really good, but try and drop your hips down more as you go into sit spin so it's lower, then it'll be great!

your incredable 9i've been skating for 5 years today. i'm still in freestyle three. do you have a privete coach who you work with every day??
