I think that's not an R-7 ICBM. It's an R-7 based rocket with Soviet satelite destroyer called Polyot-1.

The video was made using a free program called Orbiter Spaceflight Simulator and and addon called Project R-7. I selected a scenario in which there would be a control system failure and loss of engine power thus causing an explosion. This is the result.
