Idaho & Indiana are about as close as Baton Rouge, LA and San Francisco, CA... I was born in Indiana...be nice! The food looked great!

never heard of panko before.
the husband is asking me to make some fried chicken but i hardly ever make it cos i dont like the way it tastes when i make it.
Do yall use panko for fried chicken too?

@electronictrip Panko is real crunchy, It probably wouldn't work for chicken well
