I'm into Death Metal and I'm in a prog/neo-classical/death metal band. We have a song inspired by swing and big band. The appreciation is not lost. This southern stuff is pretty good.

Yessir, totally acoustic sound-wise, the motor is electric. It was an available upgrade when it was purchased new in early 1926!
