That's agnete tuned down 80%. Tune down any Animal Alpha or Djerv song, and it will sound like vortex. It goes both ways: tune up some arcturus or dimmu's clean vocals and it will sound like agnete. If you have the software, try it, then post it.

I'm Pretty sure they recorded this with Vortex but sped his track up to sound like a woman after he left the band to avoid re-recording and or legal issues.
