A liberal state can't prosper until it is by its rules likely to defend democracy and law and facing in a positif way this great culture the heritage of the cold war and to make in quite an inivitable way self correction and rational anticipations of the future .moreover fighting for the dignity of all Americans and again I am going to say democracy as a way of life and not just a form of government a government proud of its glories despite tragedies and strong for the future .
