  • Respond to this video... (continued again)... great as well, but i've never seen anything quite like the lacewood.

The best advice i can give is to try all 3 out side by side if at all possible, cause until you do that you can never really know what sound you like better. But honestly, for the price they are, you can't go wrong with any of these guitars, they all sound great and look amazing. if you live anywhere near leduc alberta, you should stop by my store and check them out.

  • Respond to this video... (continuation)... the jumbo body fills out the low end nicely, and the size also gives much more projection and volume. The Lacewood model (which i also haven't yet had in stock) would give a slightly richer deeper sound than the maple, but not as much as the rosewood. However, the lacewood looks incredible, pictures cannot do it justice, it almost shimmers different lighting, and at different angles different aspects are visible. The rosewood and maple look

I haven't had one in the store, but personally i really like the sound of a rosewood guitar over maple, however, to say if it's better or worse would be impossible, cause different people like different things, and want a different sound out of their guitar. rosewood generally gives a guitar a bit deeper and darker tone than maple, as well as better projection which can increase the tonal clarity. However, in the case of this guitar, i feel it's unnecessary since it's a jumbo body

  • I was thinking about buying a höfner ha-jc07 (the same model but the back and sides made of rosewood). Is it as great as höfner ha-jc05 or better or do you know if there´s a difference. I was also looking at model: ha-jc03-et (sides and back made of lacewood), it´s a bit cheeper, does it got less great sound (can´t find any other reviews than your with good sound quality). But afterall the material does matter when it comes to sound quality so I will probably buy one of the two first mantioned
