When I say 'quite grounded for an American', I'm not trying to bash Americans. Britain has the disease, so has Ireland now. being caught up in fame, in 'american Dreams, in 'Celtic tiger' dreams etc. Working all the hours God gave you is the sign of a fool. Unfortunately, going public like this is like being addicted to Facebook (I'm only on FB in stealth, its a mug's game). Live your life from within, not without.
