If you use international banks. they will own the industry. because they will wait for you to default in some way.This is how international banks make money and own countries. From client error. Start your scientist now using all local resources to feed the oil project so that oil products can be created and sold quickly as possible in order to stabilize oil independence in ghana. There are many sitting around waiting to loan you money in hope of default. making sure the industry is collateral.
