Actually I think the quote at 00:19 is understandable - he's just saying that the future is as unpredictable as the past was when the past was the future. But that's kind of obvious, which is the funny part I guess
They were going to called RAP music CRAP but decided to take off the "C". Now it is just RAP. The only thing I rap is Christmas and birthday presents. (wrap) LOL
While right now I believe that our starting of the Iraq war was a bad idea and I'm glad Rumsfield is out of the decision making process, I still rather like the guy. His penchant for odd little witticisms, whether or not they are actually witty is amazing. While some of his mentioned comments are rather ah, tautological, some of the comments are damned insightful:
'Learn to say "I don't know." If used when appropriate , it will be often.'
way to go w/ using unlikely music...but perfect (i'm biased because I play harpsichord) earlyish music works so well in many surprising settings...great to reach a new audience w/ "it"
