Called Time Warner Cable several times trying to cancel my cable service - had some interesting responses from the reps. Time Warner Call Center (10/13) - Lin TV vs. Time Warner Cable: Loosing KXAN in Austin, TX along with 15 other stations in 11 different markets. It is a lose-lose scenario for both parties. We are waiting to see who bleeds the most and gives in.

  • @thelandofme 2mins!!!! thats EPICK fail i used to work at a call center and i only had 7 mins to do every thing. i really dont recomend people to work at call centers hahah its "well paid" supposed to be easy but it all equals to STRESS. any way 2MINS OMG thats retard i think my friend had about 5 mins and he was tech support!!!!and the cable box takes like 15 mins to restart and he couldnt tell the cust to call back and he never got a bonus lol

  • @ultimateberseker it's true. I worked for a twc call center and the supervisors sit and just yell whenever you have a call that is taking too long. The thing is, if your calls last too long or the customers rate you too low or you make mistakes in the orders, you don't get the monthly bonus, which means your supervisor doesn't get one either. Your calls have to last under 2 minutes and the freaking system they use for orders is super slow and kind of complicated too!

  • i work for this fucking rednecks...fuck !

  • LOL LOL LOL my friend used to work at TWC as an agent, DONT BLAME THE AGENT. the program they use to check prices is fucking stupid there like 10 shits with the same name with different prices.THE FUCKRES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP THE AGENT dont do shit. im just saying that the agent isn't stupid, the tools the use are stupid and they dont get any help from a manager, most just try to do their best cause their call must end quickly if not they get bad scores on i dont know what lol good vid

  • texas must be different than new york, but i have quite a few parodies of calls i get at work, with some artistic creativeness tossed in for good measure. hope ya check them out... time warbler cable

  • Good video. You can fool some people some times, but you cant fool all the people all the time. Time Warner will eventually flop because of their bad business practices and shaddy customer care. And I will light a cigar when they do.

  • Yeah seriously three forms of verification dud e time warner sends it out , use your eyes and your brain

  • @willdav713

Was he quoted three different prices at time of signing up for the contract? Probably not. Was he quoted three different prices during the third party verification? No, he wasn't, because it is a computer recording that says the same thing every time. Was he quoted three different prices on the letter that was sent out and he signed? No, because it specifically states the amount.

  • Under severability clause "IF ANY PARTS OF THIS CONTRACT ARE ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE THE PARTS OF THE CONTRACT THAT ARE UNENFORCEABLE ARE NULLIFIED" something to that extent. All you are telling me that TW can use that as a defence and it will be the objection by the Plaintiff who will tell the defendant "The contract was marred with fraud and once plaintiff proves their case telling the judge that he was quoted 3 different prices, the lower price has to prevail or the contract is void.

  • @willdav713

They also have this covered. You go through a Third party verification, which tells you that time Warner can make "ANY CHANGES WHAT SO EVER" to your act and I really mean what so ever. So if you cable goes out for oh a week that is part of it. You not only did this, but they sent you out a contract you have to sign with the same stuff on it. You know what you are getting into. Like I said, great way to save money, but also a gamble.
