i got one video on but then i tryed to get another video on and it didn't work. i got to the point where you drag the clip into the converter box and it loads but then when i look in the folder that i chose to store the video its not there? PLEASE help me!

try a different video if its a music video it may be blocked so you cant copy it try getting a different video.
