I am a vegetarian for different reasons and believe everyone should be. I believe eating an animal, a innocent creature is wrong. That is that. A good way to keep veggie would be to ask yourself why you are vegetarian and be sure you know why eating meat is in fact wrong.

i've had an eating disorder since age 12. it started off with extreme restricting, and some would argue anorexia, then turned to bed.

i remember at age 16 choosing to become vegetarian cause, yes, it was another way to step out and be my own person and it seemed more healthy and less caloric and fattening.

i'm so sorry to hear about your great grandfather.

Thanks for this video! I am vegetarian but I have been for 10 years (since I was 11) so its not to do with my eating disorder. However I know its a classic behaviour for many people with eating disorders. I do hear it quite a lot so you are not at all alone! i totally understand you.. im anorexic/ vegetarian and im vegetarian because its the only way i can "get out of eating" with others... like if my friends go to mcdonalds or any restaurant being vegetarian i cant eat any of those foods. Its kind of an easier way of not eating..

my ed doctor always says your not vegetarian you anorexic.

I'm pescetarian!! We're so alike!! Haha! I know what you mean, and it can be a bit difficult with people that aren't and can make the control issue seem more intense but tbh even if it is a form of control, you're still eating healthily and that's the most important! Glad you're a bit brighter! Shall see you Monday, shame it's because of such a sad thing though! xx
