I just love this song, it describes my life a little :D.
It's impossible to trantslate this song 100% correct because there are some tenses in Spanish which don't exist in English...

The beginning of the first sentence in the refrain should be

and that they would CALL ME crazy if I wanted to fly...

I learned conditionals after I trantslated the video...
