Carnival is supposed to be a fun time for all... you could have a float there too based on your culture if you could be bothered... might even make you happy... don't think the book you mention or its 'teachings' will do that somehow...

Diversity doesnt mean black people it means everyone... Hopefully the vast majority of the people who attended had a good time and saw some interesting things from other cultures - thats what I mean by diversity... and your welcome to have asked...

Maybe because it's a west indian carnival for everyone to enjoy, we do not discriminate against any race, LILjamie should view the other video's & you will see many white people attend the carnival, They even take part in the carnival.
