  • hehe wohne in leipzig

  • in aus i knew a german who used to buy stuff from my electronics shop and used to drive panzers ,though he drove both the 4 and the 5 it was panzer three that he said was the best and that you could keep them going.

  • The Soviets called it a coffin for five brothers...unfortunately the small turret ring made it difficult to up gun the PIII to something more effective like a 75 L48. However, it was far more useful as the basis for the StuGIII- the most susccessful armored vehicle of ww2 with well over 20000+ enemy tanks killed. It certainly proved most adept in that role. However until the advent of the sherman (grant too, maybe) in the desert, the PIII was superior to any british tank in theater.

  • Yesterday's enemy is today's Friend! Good video!

  • @PanzerAce88mm The 5 cm gun was based on the good old PaK 38 anti-tank gun which made it good against the T-34 more or less actually. Low velocity 75mm cannons are almost useless except for HE work - still dangerous to infantry. WHat about the Panzer IV though? Or do you prefer the Panzer III?

  • Hey! The host announcer sounds like the host from on of the Documentary Tanks of the World with Tiger 131 in it!

  • Видно как хорошо работают фрикционы и тормоза. Машина в прекрасном техническом состоянии. Движок может и не родной уже, но все равно -молодцы!

  • It had an advanced suspension, reliable running gear, a good gun, and decent armor. In the early war years, it was a great tank, especially considering it saw action as late as ten years after it was designed. When it was simply too small to be used, the Krauts pulled off its turret, put a big box on top, stuck a gun on it, and called it an assault gun, which was used by the Syrians in the 60s.

So, to me, that's a winner.

  • in world of tanks this tank is shit XD

  • look up panzer VIII
