  • well full reps are harder yes, partial reps are much more easy and you can get more of them, but it doesn't mean one is necessarily better it depends what youre wanting out of it, but im still stronger then him and im old school i always do full reps but sometimes when doing descending sets ill do partials oh the burn :)

  • @pumitaproductions Key word being "shut the hell up" He doesn't need your tips. Or your wise ass attitude.

  • clearly from the comments on here people think they know something about bodybuilding because they went to the gym a few times. have you morons never heard of partial reps...? his form as amazing, and he knows what hes doing

  • Proper reps or not..... His stats speaks for his non proper reps...... ISSA, Nasm, and all the others won't educate you on how to lift like a body builder, little guys

  • he trians with me in redlnads calinfornia.

  • i love how a chick is spotting him

  • @EliteExtra elite, dont waste your money on muscle tech. Just eat a solid diet when training and give yourself at leasst three recuperation days a week.

  • When you lock your elbows the muscle can rest, hence no lock the muscle works continually. Why is this concept so hard to understand for some people?

  • Some people not understanding the concept of keeping tension on the muscle by not locking out.

  • @bigboi2008uk key word being competed not won
