i went to a surgeon in new york city. he gave me an "ideal western beauty" nosejob. others in iran have gotten similar results as mine when requested. i love my new nose and have NO regrets getting the rhinoplasty. if you say that god gave you beauty, well, go look at ugly people on street because most people look bad without some modifications. why would you want to be treated like crap because you KNOW you are always judged in life based on looks? good looks=good treatment, get ahead in life
