This video is a quick iPhone shoot on 10/08/11... Down and dirty and for real of what powder coating is... Chrome shot at 80 KV and cured at 385 degrees for 25 minutes and let parts cool for 15 minutes and then coated with Super High Gloss Clear at 50 KV and half way through kicked the DPW on (Digital Pulsation Wave.... Cause I forgot) and cured for 20 minutes at 375... This process only took about an hour after hanging and cleaning with our AllPrep chemical pretreatment...
