Comedian BALDHEAD PHILLIPS was born in Chicago, Illinois in the notoriously known neighborhood of Englewood. He survived being in a gang, being surrounded by pimps, prostitutes, and players and was always prayed for by a multitude of elders who hoped for a positive change and longevity in the lives of their children. Baldhead launched his comedy career based on a motivational dare from his deceased younger brother. It just so happened that two of his closest friends, comedians Deon Cole and Marlon Mitchell were also starting out in the comedy business. Unfortunately, after a 3 year run, Deon and Marlon were left to carry the torch without Baldhead for four years, Baldhead was incarcerated from 1996-2000 in Minnesota.
