Of course "well regulated" means gun control, that's why it's in the 2nd amendment...

" a well regulated militia", not just any militia, but "a well regulated militia, and only for the purpose of securing "a free state",not and individual, "a free state".

I fail to understand why you're calling me a fool?

Another thing about Giuliani, whenever anyone says anything that might displease supporters of Zionism or Israel, he falls over himself to tell any possible lie to take the other side. Case in point, and it's on YouTube, Ron Paul pointed out Sept 11 was because of US policies, and Giuliani said Paul should apologize to victims. What a tool, the Sept 11 commission even admitted it, not that they had to, the terrorists said so themselves.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,

A well regulated Militia...

"it's crystal clear in the Constitution itself"

"about as clear as it can get"

There is no claim to buy, it doesn't say everyone can start their own militia. It says...

A well regulated Militia...

..for the purpose of securing a free state...

If you are one "of the people" in " a well regulated Militia" your right "to keep and bear arms" "shall not be infringed."

You can go on and on all you want, but I would say, if they wanted only well regulated militias to have guns, they could have said, "the right of the people to form well regulated armed militias shall not be infringed". The expresss blanket prohibition on gun control is a protection so that the government can not disarm well-regulated militias by disarming the individual members. They erred on the side of making sure the militias were armed. You ever heard of the Minutemen?

"You ever heard of the Minutemen?"

The Minutemen were members of a well regulated militia, formed by some citizens, not all, but for all, for the purposes of securing a free state...

Minutemen were the beginnings of that "band of brothers" that continues in the Armed Services and First Responders charged with keeping this nation free today.

Join and we'll give you all the guns you'll need..and we'll even let you shoot 'em.

It's seems simple:

Join, or demonstrate that you are a part of " a well regulated militia", not just any militia, but "a well regulated militia, and only for the purpose of securing "a free state",not and individual, "a free state".

Meet this criteria and your right "to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

HeathenRage, I am sorry, but your poetic interpretation of history means next to nothing. Maybe you can call the Revolutionary Army successors to the Minutemen, but the Army of today is directed by an established non-revolutionary government, and it's primary purpose is not defense of the nation and obviously not to establish a nation. READ MADISON PLEASE. First Responders may protect us from the acts of criminals, but when a person today has their Constituitonal Rights taken, it's by a cop.

Please don't be sorry...

..your 1st amendment rights are precious to me. If your 1st Amendment rights were at risk, I would exercise my 2nd amendment rights and be slaughtered from the air beside you, against such tyranny.

But I assure you Sir...The vote has been secured... by the brave blood of those who chose to serve. Use it wisely and go peacefully inspire as many disciples as your ability to communicate allows.
