you can use key but i never tested that way , you need to make same user name and password on the same machine.
click italc logon authentication and add the user .
once you add user click on Apply

I have the necessity to use different user/password on the clients..... what can I do??

you will have to use key settings check the screen at 2:15 ( you will see in the middle " launch key file assistant " from here you can make new key and once you install client software you will need to upload this key to the client pc ..
