A black cop shoots 3x at a hispanic man who said: I've served more time than you and have more trainng in the military. He follows his orders to get up then gets shot. This was an unjustified shooting and the cop got off. This shooting never made it big in the news. Rodney King got famous for a beating. Hardly noone knows the name Elio Carrion.

The cop admits right on the video his "rational basis" for shooting the citizen... he did not like his WORDS. He did not agree with the victim speaking. So he shot him intending to kill him into silence.

The jury apparently failed to recognize this, but it is the truth.

During cross-examination, Deputy District Attorney Lewis Cope asked him scores of questions about the basis for those opinions as well as other tactics Webb could have used to avoid the shooting. Cope repeatedly asked Ferrin about how Webb could have reasonably believed Carrion was getting up to lunge at him when the deputy had just told the suspect to "get up" off the ground. Ferrin said Carrion SPRUNG UP TOO QUICKLY.

Just listen to how angrily he yells at Elio to, "shut the f up", over and over again after shooting him 3 times. Now get a load of this. Kent Ferrin, a sergeant with the Inglewood Police Department, was among the first defense witnesses to testify in the trial of Ivory J. Webb Jr. Ferrin told jurors Tuesday that he believed Webb handled the chase and the shooting just as any other reasonable police officer would have done in similar circumstances. "I would have shot him," Ferrin testified.

That's when Webb changed his commands from, "get on the ground", to, "get up." Then, after shooting him THREE TIMES, he tells him to, "shut the f up". Elio is clearly non-threatening, while Webb is the hostile, angry, cussing, trigger-happy aggressor. Shooting Elio in the back like San Fran BART officer Johannes Mehserle did to Oscar Grant would be incriminating, but shooting him in the front would not. That's why he told him to get up.

It's obvious why Dep. Ivory John Webb Jr. told Airman Elio Carrion to, "get up", he wanted an excuse to shoot him. All the bleeping was Webb cussing, telling him to shut the f up. Elio was nervous having a trigger-happy, angry cop pointing a gun at him, so he tried to defuse the situation by calming him down and saying, "I'm on your side." But, when Elio, only 21 yrs old, said I have more training than you, I've served more time (in the military) than you, that pissed Webb (45 yrs old) off.
