At least three people have been killed during a day of rare anti-government protests in Egypt, reports say.

Thousands joined the demonstrations after an internet campaign inspired by the uprising in Tunisia.

In the capital, Cairo the protesters hurled rocks at the police who fired tear gas in response.

and he sent alot of journalist 2 presion coz they was write againt him and his son

till now more than 140 people died by police force shoot police forces was shoot unarmed people coz they went out n protesor

youth and citizens went n demonstration its civil move but 4 him and his mind and his police culuter its 2 much 4 people 2 go out n groups n demonstration coz by law which he changed it its forbiden 4 egyptians 2 go no groups n public place ths group which they r talking abut it is more than 5 and u have 2 ask premision 4rm min. of interior which they never accepted it
