Everyone has driven technically drunk don't be hypocrites. You know how much of a cash cow booze is for cities, states, and counties that allow it. Forget about DUI revenues, you have liquor licences, and lot's of after hour jobs for law enforcement standing around in bars.

Ya do nothing especially if you are really f'ed up. Then hire a lawyer ASAP. Don't blow or do a roadside test. Even if you happen to be forced to give blood (example: you hit a telephone pole and they get you at the hospital) it can easily be tossed out in court. I have not had a drink in 6 years but got 2 slam dunk deweys cut to "failure to contols" with no "alcohol related" and they had me at .27 on one. Shut up, do nothing, get a good lawyer.

Here is the senerio, a cop pulls you over, your drunk. You follow these steps, and get away with it. 10 minutes later, you get into an accident, kill someone, lose your license for life and go to prison for years and years and years. Just dont drive drunk
