This is our Hesston Field Queen chopping corn in a little mud. It has been modified with a John Deere 6 row head, a 6v92 Silver Detroit, four-wheel drive, larger drive tires, and larger radiator/cooling system, fuel tank, and cutter drive components to better handle the increase in power.
Cool, I also have two field queens, both with 671s. I want to make one 4wd. Ive looked for an original one being parted out with no luck. I would pay for the info on what you have done. I like the bigger tires, I could actually chop some corn now if I had mine set up like yours. Thanks

really interested in the modifications you did to the field queen. Would you mind giving a little more info? particularely regarding the cutter drive components. What did you do there? Is the 6v92 SilverDetroit different than the detroits that came originally? What is the HP of that motor? We have 2 queens that we have not used the last few years but are looking at going back to using them next year. Any concerns about no kernal processing or did you manage to modify to include one. thx
