LOL someone needs a life....

jordan fags... all they do is talk shit about basketball today... if you don't like the game now, then you never liked it. if one player's decline makes you step away from the sport, then you were never really even a fan to begin with. don't say you like it now cause all you bitches ever say is OH, THE DEFENSE IS AWFUL NOW, or OH, NOBODY EVEN TAKES JUMPERS, or OH, NOBODY EVEN TRIES UNTIL MARCH... pick a new sport, like badminton, and let real basketball fans enjoy the game as it was meant to be.

i think it's cause shaq was the leader of that team. but don't worry, kobe won one without him. ppl will be saying the same thing about kobe and how he won, when pau and lamar helped out too. so ppl will never be satisfied lol
-
lol whatever helps you sleep at night... mind you, he played against kobe; he played against the same ppl that are still dominating today; and he was old as hell when he did lol
-
are you sure this is not bruce?? lol such a low iq basketball idiot...i can bet my house neither of those players would have won with shaq... what a joke....
if the 80's and 90's were so defensive, why were Points per game, FG%, posessions, and pretty much all the stats higher than they are now?you can talk about hand-checking all you want but the fact is that teams scored more with it in effect, and shot higher percentages. whether this comes about by poorer defense im not entirely sure, but certainly a player is going to put up bigger numbers in an era of high point totals than in the current one, i dont know how anyone can argue that.

Uhh... players were "better?"
FACT is, players were not just better, but SMARTER. They didn't jack up 3 pt shots at every opportunity, there was far more ball movement, more mid and paint scoring. Although in the mid 90's that trend started to change with more 1 on 1 play, which coincidentally slowed down offensive efficiency, due to lack of ball movement, coincidence? I think not.
